Adam Ringshall has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years, and he invented Air Ropes. Every Friday at 7pm he draws one winner at random on camera, and emails the video to everyone who entered, so you can see it happen.

- This is a free prize draw. No purchase or payment is necessary, and buying anything from Air Ropes doesn't change your chances.
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families.
- Enter by giving your first name and email on this page. One entry per person per draw; further entries for the same draw are ignored.
- Each weekly draw closes on Friday at 7pm UK time. Entries received after that go into the following Friday's draw.
- One winner is picked at random by computer, on camera, on Friday at 7pm UK time, from all valid entries for that draw. We email a video of the draw to everyone who entered, and keep a record of each draw.
- The prize is one set of Air Ropes, in red or blue, the winner's choice (RRP £299), delivered free in the UK. There is no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred.
- We email the winner after the draw. If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, a new winner is drawn at random from the same entries.
- We may announce the winner's first name and town. Ask us and we'll tell you the winner's first name and town after the draw.
- We use your details to run the draw, send you the video of the draw and contact the winner. We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our privacy policy.
